Gradings - the Ultimate way to Test Yourself and Build Confidence

Hello again - it's time for Part 3 of our blog post series on Our Methodology - and this time, it's all about gradings.

I thought I might mix it up a little and do this one as a video instead - there's a lot of information and as much as I want a Pulitzer prize for writing a novel length blog post on the why and how of our grading system, I figured I might go for "Best Picture" instead.
