Self Defence Classes
Times:
Tuesdays: 8-9pm
Thursdays: 7-8pm, 8-9pm
Our Self Defence classes are the bread and butter of our training.
In them we cover a range of topics, from de-escalation, to dealing with armed or unarmed attacks, multiple attackers, groundwork, striking and even third party protection.
Often we might split the group into a basic and advanced section - the basic group will learn and train on a set of related skills (eg. defending against circular knife stabs), while the advanced group will do the same topic, but at a higher level (eg. defending against any type of knife stab or slash, with shirt grabs involved too).
Then we all come together like one big happy family for summary drills, scenarios and mental training.
There's no minimum fitness or skill level required - we help you scale up and down the difficulty of the activity by giving you different options!
